| "Zorro" finished his Championship at the Texas Kennel Club Show on September 21, 1997. He received his second major from judge Arlene Czech. He had earlier recieved a 4-point major from Mildred Bryant. Zorro earned his CGC award at the Chow National in Denver, CO on June 1st. He obtained his CD in three consecutive shows on two consecutive weekends the end of July 1999. Zorro obtained his U-CD (UKC) in three consecutive shows with a third place and two second placements in November 2000. He went into Open in the summer of 2001 and earned his CDX. In the process, he earned 7 qualifying scores and 7 placements in Open A. He ended up as the #2 Obedience Chow for 2001 by the Chow Chow Club, Inc., Top 10, and the #1 Obedience Chow in the Front and Finish Top 10 which is based on the Delaney System. Zorro was bred by Bill and Laura Buell and Gayle Gold. |
